I did hear lots of botches happening in Turkey but only reason I did say Turkey was because in the winter I’m going with friends for 2 weeks. But I will look into Italy since less chance of botches. Thanks.

I wouldn’t trust Turkey with anything besides a hair transplant, I’m thinking of going there if the Norwood reaper gets me, my brothers went, one of them had Norwood 2-3 and the other had Norwood 5. But their hair is looking a lot better, although the one with Norwood 5 has to redo it cuz they couldn’t transfer enough follicles to cover his head completely.

Thoughts on Russia ? Been hearing that for jaw surgery. Though, I’d probably still go to Italy anyway if I can’t larp insurance covered surgery in the US.

Haven't seen many results from russian surgeons personally. Although I do remember one trimax result from a couple years back and the price was only around 12k. Pretty much every country has a couple of jaw surgeons that can ascend you if you do enought research.

yes and yes unfortunately.

revision wise i had a plate exposed under my gum because my face was so short they protruded there a bit. went back and surgeon cut a skin flap to heal over it, no infection or anything. so it worked out
regret is my narrow palate. i had a dorky 6 tooth smile. i definitely need marpe, couldve argued harder for a segmental lefort and got more teeth show but my surgeon thought id be happy with the smile after without it. and now im likely on angiogenesis drugs for life so i cant ever have any bone healing, so expanding the palate is out of the question for good. seems to be a missed train.

overall though im still really happy with it all. went from looking deformed to looking pretty good. but now that i am better looking, ive moved the goal post, and now i want to be even better looking. still was all totally worth it though. just coulda spent a few more weeks getting my plan how i wanted it
