The cities of Konya, Corum, Kırşehir and Yozgat have, however, a significant (about 20 to 30% of population) ethnic Kurdish minorities. Moreover, there are known suburbs of several Central Anatolian cities which have significant (if not majority) Kurdish population.

Konya isn't fully turkish but i agree most of central anatolians can't pass as white.

The few turks I've known all had a pseudo so it southern med lightskin appearence. All the people that live around that region can literally just pass for one another no problem. Greeks, turks, maybe a few balkaners (though not really I knew a few people of Balkan descent AKA their parents were immigrants cause of the war, they looked pretty white to me as in not med but european white).
