The geographic definition of Europe is arbitrary, originally the border was the Dniepar which would make half Ukraine and all Russia asian, then got changed to Dnieper or Volga and lastly the Ural mountains.

Turkey western parts are more similar to Greece and the Balkans culturally, its north parts are more similar to the Caucausus, and the rest is similar to the levant. So its hard to define

I live in one of Turkey's European neigbouring countries.

West Turks like Aegean sea Izmir and Constantinopole could be considered semi Europeans. The rest are religious sheep and uneducated.
