TURKEY OR CANADA/AMERICA FOR SURGERY?

would it be better for me to go to turkey and get surgery or stay in the west and either stay in canada or go to america for it

i wanna get a rhinoplasty to fix my assymetrical bulbous, horsal dump nose

and either chin implants or a genioplasty (preferably genio) to add horizontal and vertical growth to my chin

and possibly zygo implants some other people suggested it

ive looked in my area and they only do chin implants never seen a genio (im in ottawa if that helps)

preferably I wouldnt want to go to a different country as that would just up the cost but then it would also be easier to hide it

Turkey is solid for hair transplants.

Turkey can produces some decent nose jobs but its role of the dice IMO. First the general sugirgical conditions in turkey are just objectively bad. Anyone who has been there knows this unless they are completely retarded and don't understand what is required for correct surgical conditions. So if anything goes wrong your kinda fucked. Second rhinos tend to be one of the few surgery's that have a decent failure rate after some number of years. So just because you look decent 1 year out does not mean it'll stay that way in year 5. It might, it might not.

America is the best in general for near all surgeries but you 100% pay for it. Id say 80-90% of facial plastic surgeons couldn't do a good rhino if their life depended on it. So you need to be extremely selective no matter where you go.

South Korea is a decent option for cheap, high skilled, good condition rhinos, just make sure you don't get a silicon implant as they tend to favor those locally.

IMO there is near no good place for implants other then chin. There's a few highly specialized surgeons world wide for this. If you go w/ giant he will just scam you and ghost you. Even if he actually repents you'll just be meat for some butcher in Istanbul. All he's ever produced are freak shows. Theres maybe 3 surgeons in America that I know of that can do a decent job and its super expensive. You'd probaly be better off doing FME, like a lot better off assuming it works for your face in regards for zygos.

Chin implants most surgeons anywhere can do there not that hard. You can easily get that done locally, by some random surgeon, and get a decent result. Gino would need to be alot more selective.

Even though Im Turkish I dont trust Turkish surgeons in many areas but in terms of price performance Turkey is much more affordable

Also could you go into more detail about the fme I have heard of the marpe of that's similar to it, I know it widens the pallet and your midface so would that also give a bigger appearance to my zygos?

FME is like marpe but has much better skeletal expansion and little dental expansion. Where as marpe as only a tiny bit of skeletal expansion and is mostly dental expansion. When expansion happens at the mid palatal suture. It necessitates the rotation of the zygos up and out. Its mostly intended to correct the upper jaw/bite but the zygo expansion is a direct effect. You'd need compatible anatomy though.

But it cost about the same as zygo implants(in us market anyways) but now you have real bone with real structure which is obviously going to be better than an implant itself. If you are not compatible with FME, then malar implants are still an option. Its just tough to find someone who has proven high quality results.
