Turks aren't "sandniggers" if by "sandnigger" you mean "Arabian". They're largely of the same stock of the pre-Turkic Anatolian population with detectable, but small amounts of Central Asian and Eastern Eurasian ancestry. Turks aren't particularly closely related to Arabians; they're closer to Frenchmen and pretty much any non-Sardinian/non-Basque South European (not just Greeks or Italians) than to Arabians.
