Its so fucking easy for every female ascending to the level where she can date chadlites/chads.
Botox, tits/nose job, good make up, extensions, skincare/retinA, colored contacts, low bodyfat and sexy dresses/high heels
Even if it looks a bit uncanny, girls are not getting destroyed by a surgery look.
