@Hardmaxx while I understand everyone else's initial reaction, let's try to think of what you could do.

Based on this picture, the biggest flaws are your nostrils-columella-tip, and eyes (size, shape, tilt ?, symmetry ?). You could theoretically address the former with a rhinoplasty, while there's nothing you can reasonably do about the latter (note : additional and unfrauded pics would be necessary to refine the assessment).
The volume and low-setness of your cheekbones could mess with your harmony, but other pics would be needed for a clear assessment, and, anyway, you could do nothing about it.

Besides a rhino, you could have fun with fillers to fine-tune the jaw angles. I say "having fun", because this area is already pretty good, so it would be more about experimenting with small amounts of fillers and see if anything better can come out of it (e.g. improved bigonial to bizygomatic ratio) ; if not, no big deal, just don't do it again and move on.
It looks like you may be sucking your cheeks in ; also, this angle + lighting might enhance the visibility of the hollows. Depending on what it looks like in different circumstances, you may or may not consider Aqualyx to enhance this aspect. Unlike fillers, fat dissolvers carry permanent effects, so proceed cautiously.
