the catch is that its quite difficult to train your ai and you need millions of games to analyze etc, but theoretically you could build a bot yourself

Bots could run on a $5 cpu from 2010 just fine. Many bots at once in fact.
That's my point. Poker is math and computers do perfect math in microseconds. Where humans at best can only guesstimate the probabilities.
I don't see anything too complex, but I never really played poker. I'm pretty sure math on poker has also been done already, so you wouldn't even need much to do, besides just implementing it.
So I find it very strange. Never got involved, because made no sense in there being any money. Just a scam.
I've read strategies, guides, paid ones too, etc. Of course I didn't pay for it. Just was curious.
