If you really want to grow taller, do a high dose hgh. Next get your bloodwork done to see your e2 markers to see if you need to run an AI so your plates don’t close prematurely (may already be closed at 16 but most likely not). You can look into more risky compounds for more height gains but I am not going to list them here. Most important thing is diet and sleep.
