Turns out i can't even exist near women

So today I went to the doctor and there was only women in the waiting rooms I went to the 4th floor and these bitchs were staring at me for some reason when I was going up they just keep staring and I'm a very shy when it comes to women since I basically never talk with them so when I went to the 4th floor all the seats were taken there was only a row of 3 seats the one on the far left had a foid setting on it so I sat near the wall (the seat on the far right) then 2 foids my age come to talk to that foid and they were very close to me I was nervous af I wanted to disappear it turns out I took one of their seats one of them sat next to me while the third one was standing bear the first foid I wanted to give up my seat to them to be a nice gentleman and shit but I froze I couldn't move idk why I was super nervous when it was my turn the guy that got out went back in for some reason and I didn't know if I have to go in or stay out and I couldn't set back down next to the foods so I kept shuffling back and forth awkwardly I think I accidentally did a spin too and I can hear the foids laughing at me. Then my turn came and I went in and got out never doing that shit again.
