So ur body wants dopamine hit from porn, but if u get the dopamine from something else then u wont get urges to fap. Take heroin for example, inject heroin when u get urges the porn addiction should go away overtime eventually and instead you'll get heroin addiction, it turns into heroin addiction, but it's ok.
