To each their own. I’d rather have strength. Most women don’t care about six packs from what I’ve seen. They care more about shoulders, arms, chests and even backs. The only drawback from a looksmaxxing perspective is that your face might be puffy if you have terrible fat distribution. For most people, it won’t make a massive difference unless you’re actually fat.
