The questions is: who is this lucky guy, who has patience and MONEY to inject botox into WHOLE face, every 3 months.

Mind you, it is 1000s of dollars. And the number of units is HUGE.

You also have to inject them ALL. If the lines have already formed, botox actually do not remove them. It prevents them. Thus, you would either need to buy ADDITIONAL cosmetic procedures to fill formed wrinkles, and THEN still jump on Botox for that face part.

She literally would have to inject: around mouth, glabella, crow feet, forehead, eyebrow, bunny lines, chin, and maybe masseters. Easily 100+ units per 3 month.

For 13 YEARS. That's fucking dedication...

PS. Also, WRINKLES is ONE of two major ways of skin ageing. It usually happens in scandinavians, etc. There is another type: AGEING BY PTOSIS. In this one wrinkles are few or not a problem at all. Instead, all fat compartments in face slide down, creating a dreadful sagging look. botox does nothing for this.

I get botox 3-4 times a year and pay 250 euros every time. So 750-1k in total. The perfect flawless and wrinkle prevented skin is totally worth to me. Forehead and between the eyes. I will also start on crow feet for prevention.

But how many units, and is it everything you do?

There is a big difference to maintain 1-3 zones, and inject your WHOLE face every 3 months..

1000 of dollars??????
are you injecting the whole face or some shit
for one part it should be way cheaper

also it stops the wrinkles forming when contracting muscles

if relaxed it does help a little but not much mostly fillers

Forehead and between the eyes. In my country everything is expensive.

If you start early, there will be no wrinkles in your face. Its very preventive.
Also the wrinkles that i already had, are now totally erased even when face is relaxed. Its only a problem if you really have deep oldcel wrinkles.

I was wondering if botox would help my frown lines...

I actually have them even when relaxed. They do not look like deep trenches, but like the "skin"-lines. Sth like the skin has been folded many times there, and then straightened.

So, you managed to erase this effect with constant botox, even after they formed?

botox in important areas like crows feet and forhead

save for a deep plane face lift when you’re around 45-50

in the meantime increase bone mass via correcting any recession

sunscreen uva/uvb p+++

tret every other day

workout and not be a fat fucking pig

The difference in tan suggest there are confounding factors. They probably live different lifestyles and the person who had far more botox probably did other things for their skin.

Despite looking way better in the neutral pose, the botox smile looks like shit because she can't move her face properly.

It could be correlation and sampling bias. We don't know what other anti wrinkle treatments the better twin did, but yes take care of your skin. I'm reading some books on skin care atm and will write a guide when I'm finished and have synthesized all the information There's a massive amount of things every one who wants to looks max should be doing for their skin, that have strong evidence and studies supporting them (double blind studies).

Sunscreen, RetinA, Copper peptides, VitC, microneedling, moisturizer, Red light, botox.

There is not more

The book I'm reading mentions others as well that it claims have supporting evidence, some of which are more recent studies. Once I'm finished reading and understand all the basic concepts, as well as read one or two other books with different areas of focus, I'll go look for the studies.

Ergothioneine - Increases collagen production
Genistein
Green tea (or ECGC)
Vitamin E
Alpha-hydroxy acid
Arabidopsis extract - Supports DNA repair
Micrococcus extract - Supports DNA repair
Niacin/niacinamide
Plankton extract - Supports DNA repair

There's actually more, but those were the ones that stood out to me. Basically, you just need a moisturizer with everything you want in it, including sunscreen if you want that, then just cleanse and moisturize once a day.

DNA repair support is important because DNA damage is one of the main causes of aging and as you get older your skin slows down it's DNA repair.

Oh, and you forgot blue light therapy, extended autophagy, cardio for blood vessels, and stress reduction for the skin barrier, as well as living in an area with lower pollution, and getting sun exposure in the morning to trigger the cell defenses for later sun exposure, as well as progressive sun exposure as oppose to periodic, and reducing it overall. I think it's more honest to say "This is what I know so far, rather than these are the only things you can do to reduce skin aging." Sure there's lots of unproven hypothesizes, and plenty of snake oil, but there's also lots of evidence and science. The skin is incredible complex and no one has time to read all the science and studies to fully understand what's best for it, but there's a lot out there.

the wrinkles aren’t deep and probably not noticeable unless under Bright camera lights. It’s not photoshopped and that’s why the other sister didn’t take measures etc.

look up mike ohearn. He’s been roiding for the last 30 years and still has better skin than most 20 year old steroid users bc of Botox

one of them has clearly spent more in the sun than the other one. Botox doesn't prevent freckles

just consoom andrenochrome
nah, as I explained once, jews used me as guinea pig to test adrenochrome, and I ended up growing extra 10cm of hip circumpherence as side effect

Impressive!

Also.
No bloating, I guess? From Botox maxxing??
I seen HA-filler maxxing women, and they end up with very very bloated faces sometimes.

@Deusmaximus
I think, we now need to make comparisons. Between, these 5 common aging skin treatments at plastic surgery places.. And see, which ones moggs, in effectiveness, price, risks, and so on.?
What you think? About what moggs, and bad sides, and so on??

So we have.
1. HA-filler. Volume ones, against wrinkles. (1k per year)
2. HA-filler. Hard ones against bone, for sharper definition and maybe stretching skin a bit. (1k per year)
3. Botox, against wrinkles. (500-1k per year)
4. Fat grafts. For facial buccal fat/volume loss (5K. Once every 10-15 years, or maybe just 1 time life)
5. Facelift (15 k. 1 time life or maybe 2 max.).

Obviously. Compounding these stuffs, is also a great option if needed.
No need to be. Or, or, or. One can also be. And, and, and.

I personally stayed away from, Botox so far. Because of some shared bad aide effects experiences of people here. And a woman, whom said she got assymatry due to Botox treatment
