I’m 6’2 68kg. I get the struggle with gaining weight but once I started tracking how much calories I was eating and making sure to get enough (4k) and get all proper nutrition I started gaining. Used to be around your weight a few months ago even though I’ve gained weight I really haven’t gained fat somehow
