I would say that the big issue in the bulked vs lean debate, is that most fitness influencers are hyper focused on remaining lean, because they think that’s what women want. I’m not really convinced of that.

I don’t know what else to say. There are all of these women saying they’re less attracted to men at the medium to higher healthy body fat ranges. People around here just have a weird obsession with leanness. I understand it a bit. There’s been a ridiculous push for fat acceptance, but being around 15-20% body fat isn’t going to hurt you with women and I wouldn’t be surprised if it was actually better. Especially with some muscle.

I don’t think that’s the case. I don’t think they believe fat men just naturally have more muscle (although there is a relation there). A lot of women just like bulky (not fat) men. A lot of them like lean guys too though.
