I would say that the big issue in the bulked vs lean debate, is that most fitness influencers are hyper focused on remaining lean, because they think that’s what women want. I’m not really convinced of that.

People around here just have a weird obsession with leanness. I understand it a bit. There’s been a ridiculous push for fat acceptance, but being around 15-20% body fat isn’t going to hurt you with women and I wouldn’t be surprised if it was actually better. Especially with some muscle.

I don’t think that’s the case. I don’t think they believe fat men just naturally have more muscle (although there is a relation there). A lot of women just like bulky (not fat) men. A lot of them like lean guys too though.

I’m assuming you also live in the UK then lol

And having a lean face isn’t essential, but it has helped a lot for me.

Before the women who used to approach me would be the average looking girls, but this year after getting lean face, I’ve had numerous actual good looking girls approach me, that I’ve got with. And they’d even be classed as good looking by this websites standards.

It’s just like being above MTN isn’t essential to get girls, but it’s gonna make life wayyy easier.
