No makeup, filters, angles, frauding, etc. in that mugshot.

He also was likely high, drunk, drugged, subpar health, etc.

Even still he manages to look pretty damn good despite that.

And if they do they look like shit compared to their fishing pics.

It's funny because it's not even really due to age. Obviously, partially it is, but if Welling were to lose some weight, he'd look incredible still, not that he has any reason to now--which is the point.

He could look way better but didn't take care of himself, obviously he Will not look like his younger self but would look 100% better if he wasn't fat

It definitely is due to age. Being fat actually makes you look younger because it fills in your wrinkles a lot, hes look saggy and worse probs if he lost weight.
Also losing weight cant get rid of that facial redness and his skins probably lost a lot of its elasticity, his good skin is what made him so appealing
Also his fat pads has probably drooped down a lot and hell no longer have those chisseled cheeks or his good jawline
