Is there a point in doing wide grip cable rows when I do the upper back grip on chest supported rows or should I keep doing them both? Any responses are appreciated

No, they target the same muscles but the Chest supported variation provides more stability. Just take the wide grip cable rows out, or swap between those exercises if you really like them. Could you mark as solution please?:Comfy:
