this topic is not talked much sp i am making thread.
going to make this low effort. basically your most forward point of face it determined by two components.
1) midface projection - how your midface projected forward
examples of projected but recessed nasal cartillage

left one is before lefort, right one is after - note how he got less nose projection.
2)nasal cartilage projection - how your nose projected forward

1759477373852

examples of good nasal cartilage projection but bad midface projection
3) examples of recessed both

4) examples of projected both

TLDR:
Your anterior projection depends on maxilla and nose cartilage - first one is fixable by only paranasal implant, or lefort 2(but i dont recommend lf2) second one is pretty much easily fixable with bone graft rhinoplasty(basically they take part of your rib/ear and put it in your nose JFL).

P.S. note that orbital projection matters same or even more with than magnus carlsen and asian female in section 3, the difference is huge.

high iq users @thecel @Orka @Orc opinion on that?

and i would say that maxillary projection isnt the most important part - its the nasal cartilage AND the orbital bones(mostly supraorbital bone, infras are just giving support) that mostly make the face forward grown.

zero words about jaw because there is enough info on that, but imo the chin's forward projection doesnt matter as much as its chin to philtrum ratio(lenght).

Yup, adds up, unfortunately my maxilla is garbage so I'm attempting to get lf1 covered, as I'm pretty sure lf1 still fixes that issue.
Basically attempting to go from zero to hero with my forward projection
