Two different side profiles

Hello! I think left side is has more midface projections, better orbital vector and better ramus. How is this possible?

you gotta sleep on ur back or rotate what side is compressed

deeper facial planes are rotated. pretty normal. only becomes an issue if you want implants. doctor should make one differently angled to the other. That's the only diff. you can't really correct it sadly. You could try but it'll likely not work without actual bone structure changes, e.g puberty.
