Im pretty sure I have it myself, I literally am never EVER sick yet I have typical symptoms rn of a flu

cant stop coughing, sore throat, and just slept a straight 20 hrs. Im def sick, just dunno with what. Eyes are bloodshot too and my nose on the outside is like starting to show veins thru it. Also two weird bumps/boils have appeared on my face that look like large spider bites
