goal: slightly less bulbous
expected facial rating increase out of 10: 0.1

wanted to also do it on the ala/nose sides, but looking at this image there doesn't seem to be a lot of fat there. maybe its worth trying as some diagrams show some fat there, but it makes this experimental procedure more risky since at most it would reduce my alar width by 0.5 mm which is not worth it IMO

2. nostril flare botox

goal: more aesthetic smile from less nostril flare. average nose width resting but expands too much smiling
expected facial rating increase out of 10: 0 (unless if it affects my resting nose in which case 0.05), but +0.05 in motion

will update, though a slightly less bulbous nose tip will be very nice, and it's very possible that it works given that UC results on here have been reported to be pretty good.

i don't need alar base reduction, but i want a 37 mm nose and also for the tip to be a bit less bulbous

little to no swelling, more just red and kinda burns. towards the end of the sessions is painful as fuck bro, i 100% feel the skin tightening on my face i just dont know if it actually reduces fat. im not very lean so maybe thats the reason im not seeing results idk

That’s actually very good to hear Ive tried RF alone on my face and was lightly swollen for 3 days but little results for fat loss

So in that case I’ll do my first session as soon as my machine arrives then do sessions E3D then report back with a final conclusion on whether or not it works 2-3 weeks from now. I’m sure I’ll see some result hard to say how much though

You probably got some result but you just can’t tell. My face didn’t start looking lean until I hit 15-16% bf and started dropping from there. Cutting again rn at 12% and every week my face gets noticeably leaner as every pound I drop is a greater proportion of my total fat mass so every week my face gets noticeably leaner. Same applies to UC even if you destroy X grams of fat it’ll be a relatively small percent change if you have a high bf%. Ig this doesn’t apply to the nose though so if UC isn’t cope im sure ill see results

Also it’s painful because you didn’t use enough gel and also because you let your skin go over 42 C for too long

i only ended up doing UC one and injected fat dissolver a total of 3 times with 2 being post UC. i'm happy with my nose its slim maybe too slim but not bulbous. though i'm sure its botox doing most of the work since when my first round of botox died off my nose looked bulbous again so that one session didn't do much (maybe 3-4 sessions over 4 weeks might. the swelling is only 2-3 days and extremely minor if you want to try it). i can't tell because i injected botox while my nose was swollen (swollen 3 weeks total after fat dissolving), so i can't say if it did anything. honestly unless your alar base is narrow i wouldn't touch your tip with UC/fat dissolvers as less tip projection means your base doesn't get stretched out as much.

ask me in 2 months once maybe i'll have a better answer though you only need 4 units of botox total to slim your nose for 4-6 weeks. you might get a longer result if you aren't roiding
