Eh, there's no need for such a weapon. Also, where's the sport in that? As for militia, that's long gone. If an enemy ever attacked us, it would be sea and air, mainly missiles. However, if Hell breaks loose on this soil during such an ordeal, people with such weapons will have the upper hand. And I imagine the military and LE much prefer they have that advantage knowing there will be no law and order. Brutal.
