Honestly both are mid options, you should try something else. Tanmaxxing is just mt2 and studymaxxing is repetition + active recall. Why not do something about a feature that's less talked about?

I did tell this to someone else but they botched the guide, do exosome therapy. Good chance at BOTB if you do it right.
