this is to compare yourself after or late puberty, I started fitness before puberty so I have no idea how my physique looks untrained

I mean if your depressed eating a bunch of bullshit that's one thing but if your eating moms cooking, sometimes eating out, maybe some healthy meals, that's more accurate.

1(fat but like stocky):

Basically, your fat, your overweight or obese, but you look strong and is physically big

This body type may have a hard time losing fat, but when it comes to building muscle they have no problem doing so


Key features:

-big forearms and calves
-big wrists and thick bones
-Look strong, take up space, weigh a-lot.
-Thick blocky waists
-Fat


Common ethnicities that are prone to have this bodytype:

East Asians
Latinos
West Africans
East Europeans
Samoan/pacific islander

2: Skinny but lean/ripped:

Your skinny, but you have veins, abs or atleast some semblance of them, you cant really pinch that much belly fat,

You may have a hard time gaining muscle, but when it comes to gaining fat its very hard to do so, even if you bulk, you stay lean you just gain weight and muscle slowly.

Key features:

Thin/medium wrists/ bone thickness
Max appeal if ur tall

Common ethnicities:
----------
Europeans
All types of Africans but its usually more athletic looking
Arabs
Anyone mixed with those.

I live in NYC, and I see seen yns and homeless people who smoke all day, eat nothing or bullshit and have insane muscle

Im talking like 15 inch biceps maybe slightly less, veins all over there arms, thick forearms, abs when I asked one of them he said "I was always like that".

The reason for this is because carribeans are mixed with West African and european which creates crazy genetic combination

Like even half of the homeless population can be pro bodybuilders its insane
