Morning 178-178.5
experienced growth of about 0.3cm-0.5cm measured via stadiometer in the past 5 days

Side effects:
- Fatigue
- can't sleep (due to back pains)
- Back pains, especially when bending over
- Ankle pains when I woke up today
- Extreme hunger even while taking experimental trizepatide oral

Dosing
- 30mg, powder, mixed with magnesium (my friend did that, no clue why)

Tips:
- Stretching
- Maintain good posture
