TYRA-300
people who use this compound for height are genuinely retarded, there is 0 reason why you should run this when things like erdafitinib and infigratinib exist.
why?
1: sourcing, this shit is way harder to source than erdafitinib and infigratinib and most sources that ive personally encountered that sell TYRA-300 are scams, and yes ofc you can source TYRA-300. but based on my experience it is alot more difficult than most height compounds and probably in alot of peoples experience. its just not worth the time to look through the internet just to find this shit.
2: price, this is the main reason why i wouldn't recommend TYRA-300, the only legit source ive found that has TYRA-300 is 2k per gram and with an ideal dose of 20-50mg everyday prices can range between 600$ to around 2k every month depending on dose and price.
3: side effects, this is why alot of people prefer TYRA-300 over something like erdafitinib, which is a valid argument, if youre a pussy.
side effects of erdafitinib include
high prosphate 76%
diarrhea: 47%
dry mouth: 45%
constipation: 28%
abdominal pain: 23%
nausea: 21%
vomiting: 13%
these side effects occur because erdafitinib is a pan-fgfr inhibitor. this means it does not target one specific type of receptor, it powerfully binds to and blocks all 4 major types (fgfr1,fgfr2,fgfr3 and fgfr4) while TYRA-300 is a highly selective fgfr3 inhibitor which is why it has less side effects.
conclusion: erdafitinib and infigratinib brutally mog TYRA-300.
