why do i say that TYRA is overhyped? heres why.

1: it gets brutally mogged by erdafitinib
2: way too expensive (upwards of 2k/g)
3: barely any human studies
4: sourcing

now why do people actually get tyra-300?

1: extremely fgfr3 selective
but- but what does that mean bhai?
here little one, let me explain to you in simple terms.

what does fgfr3 actually mean and what does inhibiting it do?

FGFR3 (fibroblast growth factor receptor 3)
fgfr3 essentially acts as a brake on bone growth and inhibiting it basically removes that brake.

FGFR3 selectivity
erdafitinib is whats known as a "pan fgfr inhibitor" which means it targets the fgfr family (fgfr1-4)
while TYRA-300 is super selective to fgfr3. now why is inhibiting the fgfr family bad? heres why.
the side effects, the known side effects on erdafitinib include
high prosphate, diarrhea, dry mouth, constipation, abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting.
this happens why? because its a...... "pan fgfr inhibitor"

2: you can run higher dose on tyra-300, which means cleaner linear growth.

if you're running tyra-300 with a dose of 30mg and getting 2k/g it totals to around 1.8k per month. while erda usually costs around 40-100 dollars per month depending on vendor. now unless your genuinely rich i dont recommend running this, if youre that scared of side effects and want cleaner linear growth then just run infigratinib.

overall erda mogs imo like high dif though, it js depends if ur rich, if ur rich tyra mogs but if ur a minimum wage mcdonalds worker than erda mogs it
