Want to hop on an FGFR3 inhibitor, but I'm worried it will affect my condition (hereditary multiple osteochondromas) and speed up the growth of already present tumors and or contribute to the growth of new ones. Obviously everything comes with a risk, do you think this is a risk I should take?
All of my tumors are benign, however I've had 4 surgeries now to remove tumors that obstructed movement or caused discomfort. The big idea is that this condition slows as you get older due to growth plates closing and the natural slowing of bone growth in general. Honest hypothesis much appreciated
