I’m interested in taking Tyra300 and have found a source but it’s 2k+ plus for 1 gram. I feel like this is too expensive. How can I source and is there a specific dosage per Lb/Kg of BW.

I can afford 5 mg a week which is 200 bucks a week but I have no idea if that’s even enough.tyra300 will be expensive
200bucks a week is atrocious at that point id recommend just buying erda you can find for 150$ a gram and with the rest of the money you can use other stuffI can afford 5 mg a week which is 200 bucks a week but I have no idea if that’s even enough.
Are there other fgfr3 inhibitors that don’t have side affects as bad as Erda and aren’t as expensive like Tyra. As in a middle ground?200bucks a week is atrocious at that point id recommend just buying erda you can find for 150$ a gram and with the rest of the money you can use other stuff

so just take erda atp?
I THINK infrigatinib although idk much so i could very much be wrong but i think it has lesser side effects idk fsAre there other fgfr3 inhibitors that don’t have side affects as bad as Erda and aren’t as expensive like Tyra. As in a middle ground?
No just look for cheaper sourcesso just take erda atp?
infig. it's not strong but it does work and has very minimal side effects.I’m interested in taking Tyra300 and have found a source but it’s 2k+ plus for 1 gram. I feel like this is too expensive. How can I source and is there a specific dosage per Lb/Kg of BW.
alr thanksNo just look for cheaper sources
You can probably get tyra for half the price
Thanks, Ive been looking into it. Seems promisinginfig. it's not strong but it does work and has very minimal side effects.
How well does it work relative to erdainfig. it's not strong but it does work and has very minimal side effects.

yeah the current data shows it isn't highly effective but each cm matters and if you do a dose on the higher end in conjunction with other compounds for a while you can still receive significant height increase. also who knows these things are early enough where a new study can come out and show crazy results. they still keep using that one study for that one kid on erda for a while now.infig is utter bs
even achondroplasia patients dont even get 3cm pa
w/o overexpression you probably cant even expect more than 1cm
You call that significant?yeah the data shows it isn't highly effective but each cm matters and if you do a dose on the higher end in conjunction with other compounds for a while you can still receive significant height increase.
No lmfaoalso who knows these things are early enough where a new study can come out and show crazy results.
No?they still keep using that one study for that one kid on erda for a while now.
He just need to pump up the dose a lot like 50 mginfig is utter bs

for le 1cm extra paHe just need to pump up the dose a lot like 50 mg
why do you just love arguing with me and getting so autistically mad man? like i seriously don't want to keep getting into threads with you just so you can chimp out over little shit. im talking about one of the only actual human studies with erda for height and specifically quoting the on the 15 year old who grow 14 cm in 9 months on erda. and no obviously the results wont be very consistent it's always gonna depend on the person for many different factors. You call that significant?
No lmfao
results are always gonna be consistent
No?
the growth results are consistent among all studies with erda
you just see 1 study on tiktok or whatever "they" means
Are you retard? At 50 mg you'd pretty much have the same FGFR3 inhibition as 4 mg of Erda with way less side effects.for le 1cm extra pa
just stop coping![]()
LOLAre you retard? At 50 mg you'd pretty much have the same FGFR3 inhibition as 4 mg of Erda with way less side effects.
RetardLOL
just no
you go for ic50 but ignore the inaction problems of infig
