Of course it’s not a 1:1 relation, someone could also be depressed or autistic or schizophrenic. But yeah usually psychos have that look. Although they may also be very good at hiding it, which is much harder for autists or schizos so you have to be careful to draw conclusions too quickly but look for other indicators as well.
