not comp sci shittty idea. Just do a programming bootcamp for 6 months and you can have a well paid job 100%, but if you dont like that ur life will be miserable. If you do music you already have your answer, you need to do something with it, and the good news is that music jobs doesnt require specializations.

Ye, don't sweat it. As for doing comp sci if you cant do it. Go on codeacedamy and learn web development, You can learn the MERN stack in like 6 months and land a good job as long as you have a good portfolio, I've seen women do it in under 5 months and get jobs, work your way from there.

Listen you are 24! It's evident that you have more than enough time to turn things around. Honestly, you can completely change your life trajectory within the next 6 years and your 30s could be the best time of your life.

Can you do some kind of "supplementary" high school and get that diploma quickly? I don't know how that works where you live but here adults can go for like 6 months through a course and get a high school diploma.

Anyway, your goal has to be reducing the amount of time you spend at work, by moving to a job that pays the same or even slightly less but frees you more, so then you can start some kind of side business online, like some type of freelancing, or do a coding BootCamp and try to get a better job, something like this.

Once you get things rolling with a few clients, drop the job and move overseas to LATAM or South East Asia so you can cut your living costs and keep investing in your business (this only if you live in a western country obviously).

This is what I would try to do in your situation. Not the easiest, because you will need to develop some kind of skill, but it's doable and many have done it.
