it opens additional opportunities but I was already doing well with women when I was skinny.
most of the benefit is in normal everyday interactions, it masks my autism to some extend because people assume I'm a dumb brute/himbo instead of a weirdo now.

they appear to be making more effort, I don't have to go out of my way to carry conversations anymore.
definitely, being in good shape is a prerequisite for sexual appeal, no one thinks sedentary bodies are attractive besides other slobs.
