Let it grow out honestly man, we all have to go through the awkward phase before our hair is at that 8-10 inch length, so you might just have to rock it for a little while, if anything, I'd ask a barber to cut off any split ends (not more than 1/4 inch) and clean up the sides around the ears but DO NOT let them cut your hair for an inch or more, just maintenance.

Not even that bad il worry about the schnoze instead and if you want to dye something then do the eyebrows darker
