We have already done it, and are the only in the world to do it with the custosm system. However it is a problem for later bimax.

yes ofc but you have seen my post i belive. My hardest wish from hardmaxxing is making my philtrum straight and pushing my nose and parasasl are forward. so after i get lipp lift and comunella lengthening it has a slight c shape but is realy straight.
Since i would also do infras and mini chin wing or your custom genio would have been interested what can be combined and whst cant
