Any way to sort of blend in again? i'm like isolated for about 5yrs straight now with minimal interactions with people. I'm like HTN+ now but I dont even know how to talk to anyone anymore. I see through the small talk and shit and the filler topics that most ppl talk about and feel like its just a waste of time. Im truly fucked.
