ubereat is so weird

we live in an age where i can order some guy to bring me food from a restaurant with my phone. i remember the now patched ubereats scam where i couldve gotten essentially infinite free food. i did it once and felt very guilty. it feels very wrong ubereats exist. this is the sign society isnt working anymore

Everything is weird. Imagine having a random stranger just pick up food and drop it off for you at your house. And then imagine taking Uber; getting into a random persons car and trusting that they’ll just take you wherever you want.
