List top ways to reach peak physical/bodymaxx. What methods, interventions, pharmacological, etc would you take? Let's say they wanted to reach super looks, height, size, strength, endurance,etc and they had the genetics (23&Me) to pull it off but, they were masked due to a bad lifestyle.

Gymcelling is simple as fuck. It's why there's a "meathead" stereotype.

1. Progressive Overload
(Add more weight, or reps to your exercises every week)

2. 0.8 grams of Protein/Lb of bodyweight

3. Calorie surplus to gain muscle. Deficit to lose fat
(Recomping/maingaining is a waste of time. Bulk and cut is king.)
