Okay, I really need some advice.

I’ve had my 40K device for a while now, but I can still return it—but only until tomorrow.

I’m not sure what to do. Should I return my 40K device and get an 80K one instead? Does the 40K device even work well enough?

The downside is that if I return it and order the 80K version, I’ll probably have to wait another 3–4 weeks before I can start doing ultrasound cavitation again.

Or should I just keep my 40K device and stick with it, maybe do more sessions instead?

What would you do? I could really use some advice.

Yo I have been doing 40 it works well just gotta be more careful I’d start with low intensity for first session to get a feel of what movements to do and what to expect then up the intensity I can only handle level 5 out of 10 for 3:40 minutes I have the 3 in 1 freyara uc that was $170 been doing a session a week for max drainage and sleeping elevated the night after id id my session make sure to take the plastic off the head and clean with rubbing alcohol before and after use also people recommend cleansing before and after then moisturizer after session that’s what I’m trying I had crazy pore enlargement and I do get swollen but that just means it’s working just do what you can puff cheeks do mode b if you have the freyara just don’t hold in one spot I don’t even hear sound in my ear at all maybe cause I do puff cheeks method I also put toilet paper on the outside of my teeth because I felt I needed to personally uhhh it def works though just start low and be careful lmk if you have any questions at all

From what Anton told me you need to get the intensity as high as possible he used topical lidocaine topical to help but that is on a 80k not 40k so idk 5 min is good though it just takes time Anton did 10 hours total with the 80k on his cheeks

But it does work it is stronger than a 80k so it shouldn’t work less

In his guide he says 40khz i qoute :
40kHz units (common in body sculpting salons) work more deeply and aggressively - which is not appropriate for facial use.

80kHz devices break down (or diffuse) into more spherical cavitation bubbles leading to subcutaneous fat structures (and even into deeper fat depending on your measurements). Thus, medial cheek fat collections, buccal fat bags, jawline contours, and puffy cheeks can be effectively addressed without the danger of overstressing the dermis/nerves.

It does the same thing it’s just more powerful it hits more mm of your face fat so there is higher risk that’s why you don’t do 15 minute sessions with it and puff your cheek Anton’s guide does no cheek puff which is even crazier, “without the danger of overstressing the dermis/nerves” 40k is considered the advanced machine the 80k is the beginner one

It’s jsut a aggressive approach if you do no cheek puff or for some reason can’t cheek puff get a 80k if you cna cheek puff a 40k will do what you need the next part is you, you have to make sure you are moving it constantly and taking a second when needed

Anton’s only concern is the danger of one tapping your face so just be safe and keep it moving with constant gel with puffing cheeks and you will be fine

Why wouldn’t it? Am I 100% sure based on own experience not yet no but based on everything I have researched yes I am sure but the 80k is undoubtedly safer so that’s up to you the 40k is just aggressive so recovery and time in between is important
