UC help

I have starting using my UC device today, I tried using it and stop the next sec cuz I was called, when I wanted to return to use it I realised I had burnt my face, I had use tons of supossely the correct gel for UC. I got burnt just for using it a sec, how I am supossed to use it for 15 mins?
Does anyone had this problem too?

if i remember right they recommended to cover it with foil... you didnt mention it so i assume you didnt do that?

I didn't cuz the foil was a way to test the gel right?. Sorry if I incorrect englusv isnt my first language. Also i found the burning was due to the gel, it is mean for facial UC however it let a kinda strong burning sensation for whatever reason. I add the linknif anyone interested and can tell me if I should change it
