UC or Aqualyx for facial contour? What's better?

This is my face currently and Im pretty satisfied with it overall but I'd like my face to be a bit leaner/more defined, what's better for that end? Ultrasonic Cavitation or copious Aqualyx? For reference I'd like to reach facial leanness similar to this other pic of me pouting. Im already very lean so Im interested in hearing more comparisons between the two, I've been reading threads and seeing great results from both but I figured I'd also give a post a shot for any people better informed than me to pitch in

I've decided to go with UC, seeing all the results of UC so far online have been crazy mogger, but aqualyx are way harder to find and more subtle from what I've seen albeit ''safer'' but I'm here to take risks
