this is the first time i tried doing UC while puffing my cheeks out, i feel like its way more concentrated and precise. Also way more convenient, safe and not loud at all.
This is just after a session, i’ve never had this much redness after 11-12 minutes

1. I dont think this makes UC any less effective. Does it?
2. Have you tried it this way?

I don't see how it would make it less effective at all, if anything more effective
I'll be trying this aswell as doing a forced smile to puff the fat out
Also I turned my device on today and experimented a bit, not even putting it on my body or close to ears at all but still ended up noticing damage to my hearing for ~1h

I think it’s just a lack of gel

I'll be running uc again soon but it's been years. Some of my hollow look has went away from a few of my bulks s so be mindful that not permanent .you can grow some fat back if you try.

Aren’t the fat cells that are destroyed, destroyed for good? You’ll always have less fat in same area if you were same bodyfat, isn’t that right?

Like major bulks made it come back?

Well yeah I'm always leaner in the face than I otherwise would but it sorta can get masked if you push the mass too high ....just don't Perma bulk haha

How were your results last time? How long did it take to see results?

My machine is arriving this week I hope, planning to use it on my buccal fat and part of my malar fat pad. I want to use it around my jawline as well as I have quite a bit of fat right over where my masseter sits even though I'm quite lean. I just don't know if its safe since its so close to my ear and mandible.

when i puffed out my cheeks it damaged my skin badly and when i dont puff them out i can just hold the handle in place it does 0 damage to skin i assume its because air is isolator and the wave bounces back

Thank you for this idea. Yeah, if the wave does bounce back it would certainly be the reason for this type of skin damage however it also means that waves pass through the fat cells more

Very good idea, should make it a lot more safe not having the vibration run through your dental arches or skull

Yes it looks to be way safer however it's worth to consider what @shitshitshit (jfl) said, Air Reflects Ultrasound waves. So waves bounce back into the skin, damaging it.

I guess if ultrasound waves are reflected back it also means it passes through fat tissue second time, which is beneficial for better results I'd imagine. You can't say anything for certain as this is fairly experimental

Would still say it’s worth it considering how bad you can fuck ur life up doing this wrong, I’ll prolly chop off a 3rd of the time I’d normally do it just in case

Stop overexaggerating, No amount of ultrasound waves are getting through your skull and damaging your brain. Only real risk is hearing damage (still brutal). I am going to continue to do it this way its way more convenient but skin gets fucked up

Can burn your skin and soft tissue can damage your hearing and possibly detach your retina making you blind yes if you do it properly it’s safe but there’s still very extreme side effects

I have never seen a single case report of retinal detachment.

Because very few people have done it, dosent mean it’s not a risk
There is no mechanism by which this could cause retinal detachment. It's just fear mongering. You're not delivering enough energy to the skull to cause traumatic injury to the retina.

Btw UC is not new and medspas have been using it for ages including on people's faces. If retinal detachment was possible we'd have case reports. There are case reports of tinnitus and hearing loss though.

Yup this is definitely the way to go, makes a huge difference imo
