uee and scleral show increase due to lack of sleep?

is this normal? i slept about 3 hours in total last night and now i have terrible uee and scleral show? can i fix it again by going back to my normal sleep schedule

Yea i think, not sure about the scleral show but probably true also the undereye area gets worse, your whole face gets bloated too
