UEE Fillers

Looking into places to get UEE fillers, I was wondering if there was a particular name that it regularly goes by. Searching UEE filler alone does nothing except link me back to aspie sites like this and reddit. So does it go by a different name or something?

It's not a very popular treatment, which is why it doesn't yield many results.

Any reputable injector would know what upper eyelid filler is. Another term would be filling along the upper orbital rim, or restoring volume in the superior sulcus of the eyelid.

My advice is to email a clinic or injector prior to making an appointment, to see if they treat this area - since not many practitioners inject here.

You'll increase your chances of finding an injector who performs this by contacting an oculoplastic surgeon, who specialises in cosmetic procedures of the eye.

It's not so much if they're experienced, but more so if they're capable of injecting this area. When I was searching for an injector to treat this area, many of them told me that they don't treat this area. I know it's time-consuming, but it's just a matter of putting in the work and finding out which injectors in your area treat the upper eyelid by sending out emails to practitioners and clinics. Most oculoplastic surgeons treat this area - it's their speciality.

Hint: In your email, ask the injector if they use a cannula or a needle in this area. If any of them say needle, then run... Only a cannula should ever be used in this area.

Ask how many times they do upper eyelid fillers per week over the phone. You may not get an honest answer, but you can try and gauge it. The guy who did mine said 2 or 3 times a week and had a few before afters as well as being an occuloplastic.

Its dangerous area with a dense amount of arteries near the region of injection. Best to choose someone experienced with that area, though professional doctors will turn you away if they are not comfortable with treating that area.
