UEE in one eye only?

why do i have UEE but in only one eye?

(the thing)
one day i have it and go to sleep and the next day its completely normal

(normal eyes)
not only does it give me uee but i also have a weird extra eyelid, it looks gross and people comment on it and the fact im always rolling my eyes back to try to get rid of it.
i think surgery may be the only way to fix it, but since it comes and goes i dont wanna get surgery and i believe there may be a natural fix to it, anyone know how to fix it, whats causing it and why does it come and go like that?

yeah, but it makes my eye look smaller

either way, looks to me like ur foramen is quite asymmetrical and higher on ur RHS

yeah, but it makes my eye look smaller

also its really hard to keep up squinting just enough to not make the eye smaller but to hide it and sometimes youre just gonna forget it
