What are some temporary and permanent solutions for getting rid of UEE?

Ice-Hooding. The cold exposure stimulates increased fat storage in said area.

It depends on the volume/frequency with which you do this technique, it's assumed that following the rule you should see results barely a week.

Same. My father has legit Gandy-tier eyes while my mom has shitty almond eyes with too much UEE. Ice-hooding made my eyes more like my father's. Even so, my friends and my mom commented on it.
