you build tolerance but it happens over a long period of time, it's nothing you should be concerned with if you need to lose a bit of weight

i lost 80lb a while ago without reta

bulked up, bone maxxed, puberty maxxed and gained back the 80lb, except it looked wayyy different

this time i lost 50lb of it and i did like 30lb of it with reta and i literally didnt do shit

just let the time pass and i kept losing weight, kinda a game of patience
