Same I skyrocketed from 5’8 to 5’11 yet somehow shoe lifts fuck up my facial proportions so I wear them only at my job, I tried to change the shoes, lifts, and way I walk however nothing has changed

I’ve just fixed it lol, the proportions came back as soon i have rotated them 180 and placed insoles on lifts, walking seems same as without them I recommend to you trying it out
