my mom is a lawyer and just told me it can be considered defamation, harrassment, and/or grounds for a restraining order. thankfully these aren't illegal in the sense you go to jail (meaning he can sue you but you wont go to jail or anything).
but the thing about suing is that he would have to show that you caused him to lose money by posting about him which I doubt he could make a good case for. so you are probably fine ngl
also instagram has prevented me from sending looksmax.org links in the past (muh violates terms of service cause its a based website) so possibly the message didnt go through and thats why i couldn't unsend it (cause normally links i send i can just unsend)
