Ugly mirror theory?

Does anyone look in the mirror and think that they look good but actually look bad when they go out in public?:i have a theory that if your subhuman your mind tricks you. I just started trying to look as bad a possible and going out and its kinda working. My working theory is if you look better than your mind believes people will treat you better. When i leave the house happy and proud of how i look in the mirror i get smacked down.

Anyone else notice this? Being too happy or confident when your ugly makes people despise you?

It's called Dunning Kruger effect.

Only thing ive learned is when i look bad i look good. Causes a lot of pain in my brain. Same with clothing. How can i fix this?

it’s probably cuz looking good in the mirror raises your expectations and then u see how u actually look in different lighting or smth and u get disappointed
